Alexer Silicone Wound Contact Layer is a kind of transparent & thin sheet with adhesive silicone layer on the one side, PU film the other, so as to protect the open wounds from being contaminated by outer environment. The dressing is porous to allow exudate to pass through and can be used with a secondary absorbent dressing.
